Hi Product Hunt, I'm Harsh Mehta, the maker of Sealio. Sealio started with me as the client. When I applied for a mortgage, my broker kept asking for documents I had already sent. My immigration consultant asked for documents at the last moment, which turned every deadline into a scramble. Neither of them was careless. They knew exactly what to collect. But the list lived in their head and in email threads, I forgot things, and nobody checked what had arrived until it was nearly too late. I realised this happens to every client of every firm that runs on documents. So I built the thing I wished they had: a checklist the client can see, that chases on its own and gets reviewed as documents arrive. Accountants and immigration consultants spend hours every week asking clients for the same documents over email and WhatsApp, then sorting attachments and working out what's still missing. How Sealio works: 1. Send a checklist. Start from a template (a mortgage application, a study permit) or build your own, and send it to a client. 2. The client uploads from a link. No account and no password. It works on a phone, on a slow connection, with your firm's name and colour in front. 3. Sealio chases. Reminders go out until the list is complete, so you don't write the follow-up emails. 4. Review at keyboard speed. Checklist on the left, document on the right. A to accept, R to return with a reason, J for the next one. 5. Everything is on the record. Every view, upload and decision is written to a tamper-evident audit trail. A few things I cared about: - One model for recurring and one-off work: monthly bookkeeping repeats on a schedule, and a visa application is a case with its own stages. - A grid of clients by period that answers "who's missing March?" at a glance. - Uploads are malware-scanned, and the API and webhooks are on every plan. - English and French (in progress) in Canada.
