Scriven Labs came out of a pattern I kept watching in meetings: the person who knew the answer was almost always in the room. They just couldn't pull it up fast enough. The PR landed three weeks ago, the reason lived in a ticket, and by standup it was gone. Good decisions got made on half the context, meeting after meeting.
Every tool I tried summarized meetings after they were over. None of them handed me my own work while it still mattered, not during the standup, the review, or the handoff.
So Scriven Labs starts personal: it reads your PRs, issues, and decisions and gives you back the exact piece you need, the moment you need it, with a link to the real source every time. If it can't ground a claim, it tells you instead of guessing. That grounding rule is the whole point. I'd rather it say "I don't know" than make something up.
