We've been trying different motivational schemes for our 10 & 8 y.o. kids. Yet we failed, as our offline "Plus" dashboard on the fridge turned out to be ineffective - both us and kids did forget to fill in, there were no instant gratification and ultimately it became more of routine rather than something exciting for the kids. We had to figure out something else and noticed taking away their iPad or reducing time limit was very effective and got their attention right back. Nowadays screentime is the most precious currency for kids and we are on mission to turn it into positive motivation. We did lots of market researched with our peers Dads and Mums and decided to create ScreenTreat, a mobile app which enables parents to set limits, select apps to block and customize tasks for the kids. While testing on our own, we noticed there is a positive shift in behavior - kids would get a clear list of what needs to be achieved and are eager to accomplish those tasks without a second ask. Would be interesting to know your experience and share insights after trying out our product. Our current version is completely free, built for single iOS device only. We are on our way to build remote and Android versions as we speak, would be great to connect and keeping in touch on our launch process.

This is really a great innvoation . actually my brother and sister also find it's cool .

I recommend the ScreenTreat app as it helps turn screen time into a useful motivation for children. The app allows parents to set up individual tasks that children need to complete before they can access the screens.

I love this app concept implementing gamification. Amazing idea with great potential! Best of luck

Amazing idea! Screentime isn’t going anywhere, and this is a great way to manage and motivate my kids. Negative talk doesn’t work, and we shouldn’t ban technology just because of its nature.

I love this app for kids! It’s easy to use and has helped us set healthy boundaries for screen time. It encourages kids to build better habits and focus on other activities like reading, doing chores at home or being active outside. A great tool for promoting balance and ensuring kids use devices responsibly.

I do have a suggestion that adding some kind of feedback or gamification for kids when they complete tasks would be great.

Great idea! I've been struggling to balance screen time with chores and learning for my kids.

This is a superb idea! As someone already mentioned, can absolutely be used for adults too, but this is incredibly useful for forming good habits and rewarding kids with something they'll actually crave (whether you like it or not). All the success for you!

As a parent of two kids, I will definitely try this product. I suggest considering adding scenario definitions, so that different tasks are automatically displayed in different contexts. For example, bedtime tasks at night and tasks during Sunday daytime would likely be very different.

Let's face it, phones etc. aren't going anywhere & kids (& parents) are going to have to learn how to live alongside them so this makes perfect sense in my eyes. Wow, I love the fact that it's currently free, I think it'll encourage a lot of parents to give it a go + The Logo is insanely well done! Best of luck for the launch team!!

I don't have kids but I think this app can also be great for helping me reduce phone usage and cut down on procrastination ;) Congrats on the launch!

This is not only for kids! :D You could also include adults in the title with the greatest peace of mind. ☝️😁 Great idea. Hope that this will be on Mac soon too :)
