I’m the independent developer behind ScreenRest. Like many who work a lot on PCs, I spend 10+ hours a day glued to my laptop. I kept burning out, my eyes were constantly dry, and I realized how badly sitting all day was affecting my body.
When I looked for solutions on the Play Store, I was frustrated. Apps were either broken, filled with aggressive ads, or forced me to use separate timers for work and eye care. It ruined my focus.
