Screen Privacy Blur protects sensitive info during demos, calls, and recordings with a Chrome extension for web-page blur overlays and a macOS app for desktop-level manual blur. Hide tabs, chats, API keys, customer data, and notifications without changing your workflow.
Hey Product Hunt, I built Screen Privacy Blur because I kept seeing people expose private tabs, customer details, tokens, chats, and notifications while sharing their screen.
It is a Chrome extension for creating on-demand blur overlays exactly where you need them. You can drag and resize blur areas, tune opacity and intensity, pin overlays to the page or viewport, save layouts per site, and use Smart Auto Blur Pro for common sensitive fields and text patterns.
The goal is simple: make demos, support calls, sales calls, tutorials, and recordings safer without changing your workflow or editing the video afterward. I would love feedback from anyone who frequently shares a screen with real customer, product, or internal data visible.
