Scrape2Sheets is a Google Sheets add-on that turns PDFs, invoices, receipts, and bank statements into clean spreadsheet rows automatically, with AI. This one started from a repetitive task I kept putting off. I'd get a stack of PDFs, invoices, receipts, whatever needed logging that week, and manually retype the same fields into a spreadsheet over and over. It never got less tedious no matter how many times I did it.
That turned into a Google Sheets add-on that reads PDFs, invoices, receipts, and bank statements with AI and drops the data straight into your sheet as clean rows. You don't build templates or export and reimport anything, and it keeps working even when a vendor changes their invoice layout.
It's still early. It just started picking up some real traction over the last couple weeks, which has been a nice surprise after building this mostly in isolation. There's a free tier if you want to try it on your own documents rather than take my word for it.
