It's a perfect tool for researchers. Its only drawback is that it encourages even more research.
I have been using the application since couple of month for my research. I really appreciate the innovation and it clear and straight functionality. Regarding AI writers it is great for creative writing. However, for writing with reference need a bit refinement, in terms of which reference need to consulted by AI and how many of them.
