As an artist I've always loved collage — especially Hockney's joiners, those overlapping cuts joined into one scene.
I built Scatter out of frustration. Other collage/photo software felt pricey, clung to my older computer, and had a learning curve too steep for what I wanted to do.
So I made the opposite: something fast and simple, web-based so it runs on any computer, any model — and cheap, that you actually own, with no monthly subscriptions.
