I built Scale My WOD as a small mobile-first tool for CrossFit athletes who need help scaling Rx workouts.
You can upload a whiteboard WOD photo, crop the WOD area, choose an intensity, set movement levels, and get a scaled WOD draft. You can also paste the WOD manually.
I work as an AI engineer in digital healthcare, and I built this because I personally kept running into the same problem at CrossFit: Rx was too much, but scaling it well wasn’t always obvious.
It’s still an MVP and not a coach replacement. Please use it as a reference only.
I’d love feedback on the scaling quality, readability, and UX.
