Hunted byshuo xiaoshuo xiao

SavorShift is a private meal scanner that turns a food photo into practical guidance: calorie estimates, likely dish build, lighter recipe swaps, and original-style recipes. It is designed for real meals, including shared tables, with preference-aware notes and no fake serving precision when a photo is too uncertain.

Top comment

Hi Product Hunt, I’m Shuo, maker of SavorShift. I built SavorShift because most food tools ask you to log ingredients after the fact, while the real moment is usually a photo of whatever is in front of you. I wanted something that starts from the meal itself: what it likely is, what drives the calories, and how to make a lighter version without turning dinner into homework. The app is intentionally cautious. If a shared table or unclear photo is not enough for a personal calorie estimate, it gives table guidance instead of fake precision. I’d love feedback on the scan flow, lighter recipe ideas, and whether the guidance feels useful for everyday eating.
