Save Genie
Price drop and restock alerts for almost any online store
Save Genie is a price tracker and shopping wishlist for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Save products from almost any online store in one tap, and let Save Genie watch the prices for you. When a price drops or an item is back in stock, you get an alert, and where it can, Genie shows you when it's cheaper at another store. Share lists with family and friends, and keep gifts a surprise. Free on iPhone and iPad. Premium adds unlimited items, no ads, widgets and the Mac app.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
We're the small team behind Save Genie, from Melbourne, Australia.
We all keep a wishlist somewhere: open tabs, screenshots, a notes app, a cart we never check out. Then the price drops and we miss it, or it sells out.
Save Genie puts it all in one list. Use the browser extension in Safari to add a product, or copy a link from any other website or App and paste it into Genie using the plus button. From then on, Genie checks your items periodically and sends you an alert when a price drops or something comes back in stock. Where it can, it also shows you when the same thing is cheaper at another store.
A few things we cared about: • Almost any online store, not one marketplace. From Amazon to Zara, and the small boutique you love. • Lists you can share. Build one together, or share your wishlist so friends can buy for you. What they buy stays a surprise. • Made for iPhone, iPad and Mac, with Sign in with Apple, so there's no new password.
It's free on iPhone and iPad, with up to 15 tracked items. Premium removes the limits and ads, and adds Home Screen widgets and the Mac app.
We're live in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. With Black Friday five weeks away, it's a good time to start a list.
We'd love your feedback, especially about any store that doesn't work yet. We're here in the comments all day.
