Kaspi.kz is Kazakhstan's biggest marketplace, and most sellers there run price bots that undercut the cheapest competitor by 1 tenge, even when that means selling at a loss. We wanted a bot that knows your margin: you set the target position, and it never goes below cost + Kaspi commission + delivery.
The funniest thing we found while building it: in roughly 1 of 11 product cards the cheapest seller is NOT shown first, because a competitor adds their own cashback bonus. Our bot used to proudly report "you're #1!" while buyers saw someone else on top. Now it looks at the card the way a buyer does.
