I sell in construction and come from an IT background.
I built SaleTrakk because I got tired of tracking commission payments in Excel. Construction deals don't pay in one go — deposits, progress draws, final checks can come weeks or months apart. I kept losing track of what had actually been paid and what I was still owed.
So I built it for myself and used it on my own deals for a long time. Then I started hearing the same problem from other sales reps, so I decided to make it public.
It's not a CRM. It's just yours — your deals, commission rates, payments, and what's still owed.
