English isn't my first language. I've worked in tech for years — I think in English, sometimes dream in English — but in meetings the gap still shows up. I have a friend who's honest with me after calls: "You stressed the wrong syllable in 'invEntory' again." Or: "That phrase is a direct translation from my native language. It doesn't land the same way." Every time, I got a little better.
I realized almost all my work communication now happens in online meetings. That's an endless stream of practice material — if something could listen and tell me what to fix.
I looked at existing tools. Fireflies, Granola, Summary AI. They all follow the same playbook: a bot joins your call, uploads audio to their cloud, gives you a transcript. $10–35/month whether you use them 2 times or 200. None of them help you get better.
So I built s1ft. Three things no one else does together:
