Rythm is proving to the world that we can solve the problems to come with open networks / neutral protocols. This is one small stepping stone towards using Bitcoin to impose prohibitive costs on attackers, to address issues of spam, as opposed to talking centralized routes like Digital ID systems to distinguish spam from not.
