Hi Product Hunt, I'm Kalpesh, a solo developer from India, and I built Runsheet.
The problem: creators make the videos, then lose the rhythm around them. Uploads slip, the week goes empty, and nobody remembers what worked.
Runsheet puts the whole channel on a four-week calendar:
- Upload from your browser straight to YouTube, private until the minute you pick, with the thumbnail and playlist attached. YouTube publishes it itself.
- Tell Cue, the AI assistant, "Plan my month": it drafts your next four weeks into your posting slots. Nothing changes until you approve it.
- Ask Cue how your last ten videos are doing and it answers from your channel's real numbers. It also tells you when a channel you watch breaks out.
- Run it from Claude: there is an MCP server, and a local one that uploads a folder of videos from your desktop.
