Runnit started with a simple question: what would it look like if a creative team could hand over a brief and get back a genuinely workable project plan, not just a list of generic AI suggestions?
That question grew into a full work management platform for agencies and in-house teams. Runnit can validate briefs, define deliverables, create and assign tasks, plan timings and dependencies, interpret budgets and milestones, and help teams carry the work through to delivery.
The biggest change during development was moving away from a collection of separate AI agents. We found that teams did not need more personalities or more places to ask questions. They needed one consistent operator that understood their clients, people, processes and work. That became Ru.
Runnit is now live, and we are working closely with early teams to keep improving it. I would genuinely love to hear where creative work becomes most difficult inside your team, especially around briefs, planning, resourcing and keeping everyone aligned.
