Hey PH, I'm the maker of Rung!
I built this game as a result of my family's love for clue and trivia games. Specifically, I wanted to capture that moment where you think you know the answer to a tough question, you put yourself out on the edge with a guess, and you're either rewarded or punished. Rung is basically a recreation of that moment, each day.
I recently got back into coding and I wanted to make something I was proud of and genuinely would enjoy playing. I hand curate all of the clues, and I'm very open to feedback. It takes about two minutes of your day to play, it's totally free, and there's no account needed. If a clue feels unfair or if there is a feature that is off...I want to hear about it.
The rules are pretty simple...a wrong guess burns two rungs, a skip burns one, and a correct guess bags you the points for the rung you're on.
