Hey everyone! I built Rumorous because every game night with my friends ended up on some outdated app that hadn't been touched in years — clunky, ad-heavy, and running the same stale question bank we'd already memorized. Rumorous is a party game where everyone answers a prompt about one (or two) people in the group, then you all find out who actually knows who. No trivia, no multiple choice — just whatever wild guess you come up with. There's a growing question library across categories like Classic, Party, Deep Cuts, Spicy, Poker, Career Chaos, and even ones built specifically for coworkers to play together. I built this solo, so I'd genuinely love to hear what you think — what questions make you laugh, what's missing, what breaks. Drop a comment or a bug report, I'm reading everything today. Thanks for checking it out!

Who hunted Rumerous?

Rumerous was hunted by Sruly. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
