RSSly
Offline RSS reader for Windows with a built-in ad blocker
RSSly is a private, offline RSS reader for Windows — no accounts, no cloud, no telemetry. Built-in ad and tracker blocking, browser-style multi-tab reading, OPML import, and 100+ curated feeds. A calmer alternative to Feedly and Inoreader.
Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Vlad, a solo Windows dev. RSSly is the RSS reader I wanted for myself: fully offline, no account, no cloud, no telemetry. The part I'm most proud of is the built-in ad blocker — domain- and CSS-level blocking that strips ads and trackers before they load, both in the reader and its embedded browser (I haven't found another RSS reader that ships this). It also has browser-style multi-tab reading, OPML import to bring your feeds over in one click, 100+ curated feeds to start, and grid/list/table view modes. Completely free, with no premium tier. I'd love feedback from RSS folks on what's missing. I also build Snoq (snoq.io — encrypted notes) and TabChart (tabchart.com).
the offline angle is honestly the best part here, finally something that doesn't want my email and my firstborn. one thing i'd love though is a quick keyboard shortcut to mark all items in a feed as read without having to scroll through everything, something like shift+a or similar. Feedly made me crazy with that and it'd be a real win for daily users.
