Real origin story: I run 13 WordPress products. At some point I realized I had no idea what each site actually cost me to keep alive. Plugin renewals scattered across four different vendor accounts. Hosting on three providers. License keys stored in 1Password, Google Docs, a Notion page, and one suspicious .txt file. A domain renewed at $48 last year because nobody caught the email.
The honest version is I built Royal Ledger for myself first. Then I figured every agency, freelancer, and solo site owner has the exact same chaos, so I shipped it free.
What it actually does:
