I started using Rosebud about two weeks before the app release and I honestly have to say I never had really been good at journaling. It really makes it easy for people with all kinds of mental and physical needs to just have a safe place to unload. Since using it I have been able to stay a little more focused in my daily life so I can easily write about it for future reference especially with my moods and pain levels.

For the life of me I could not get in to journaling, this app completely changed that for me. I actually look forward to journaling. It allows me to open up to someone(thing) that doesn't judge, and provides great advice. My jaw often drops when it suggests or mentions something. I even used it to help me make an Instagram/Facebook post description for a before and after picture post for my cleaning company. I don't have a lot of friends, and I struggle to reach out. But this app has helped me by kinda being that "friend". It also helps me build a to-do list, type thing. They call it "Ingredients". I love the different approach. It parses my posts, and suggests what ingredients I should add. I'm not sure why, but it seems to be more effective for me then having to open a different task list and adding that, to which I usually end up forgetting what I was going to add. It's also caused me to be at the computer more, which has helped with my very major executive functioning issues, as part of my late in life neurodivergence diagnosis. I love that there is a mobile app now, but I plan to still do most of my journaling on the desktop. The Mobile App will be a nice companion when I am out and about though. I can brain dump with Rosebud. Get the ideas, good or bad, out of my head. This has been a HUGE stepping stone for me to finally figure out how to be productive, and go out and create, design, build, have hobbies and have projects. This has helped me turn around mentally, and as a fantastic bi-product, possibly financially. Owning a small business and living paycheque to paycheque (or less) is exhausting. This app helps me stay on-top of myself. It holds me accountable. Which in turn helps me find new love for what I do for work. Helping with my confidence to go out and sell services and clean my City. Only thing I'd love is more integration into other services, like google tasks, gmail, google calendar, etc. But if I understand correctly, I believe that's something very difficult for AI systems to do, privacy laws I'd imagine. I have been using this app and it is by far one of the best.. I've been doing a self reflection, talking about personal issues, just by personal honest conversation she was able to tell me my strength and weaknesses whole also asking do my value align with my boyfriends actions... It really has helped me in many ways

In my opinion it's trust.. people are so dishonest or have a secret agenda's... This is the most open-honest, trying to communicate effectively.... Everyone says they want to hear and know the truth so when you speak truth then you're called a liar..

Honestly, building mental health or any health product is tough. I helped built mental health products before, and I knew there are lots of things that need to be considered. I think what I love about this app is it never talk about this is clinical - it complements traditional therapy BUT with tons of innovation. It focuses on resilience which is the best mental health prevention I recall my psychologist colleagues told me about. The aha moment for me is that it recalls previous stories/emotions/memories - that's what's missing with so many journals today. It feels like a sinking hole that you just keep throwing information in but no feedback. Congrats on the launch @chrysb and team!

Of all the AI apps, this is top 3 of the ones I use the most. I use Rosebud almost everyday to get my thoughts out and call out cognitive distortions, among other things. It's way better than regular journalling, because it can recall common thoughts and actions from all you posts. Compared to a written journal, where you have to read back through old entries, Rosebud is leaps and bounds better.

I like the fact I can use my mother tongue Swedish to talk to rosebud and the positivity that it responds with.
