What inspired us was our firsthand experience in the research industry. We repeatedly encountered delays, participant no-shows, fragmented databases, and the operational burden of managing recruitment manually. Initially, we approached the problem as a service provider, but as we worked with more clients, we realized the challenge required a scalable technology solution rather than just more manpower. That insight shaped our evolution into a platform that combines participant verification, intelligent matching, and streamlined project management, making research recruitment faster, more reliable, and more accessible across Africa.
