I'm Santiago, co-founder of Rolo.
Like a lot of people, I've been through the job hunt grind, finding a role I was excited about, then spending 20 minutes filling out the same form I'd filled a hundred times, uploading the same resume, answering the same questions. And then hearing nothing back. Multiply that by a few hundred applications and job hunting becomes a full-time job on top of the one you're trying to leave.
So my co-founder Marco and I built Rolo.
You tell Rolo what you're looking for. It matches you to live roles you're actually qualified for, and it applies for you, filling out and submitting each application automatically. You stay in control of what you apply to; Rolo just handles the tedious part. It also tailors your CV per role and tracks every application in one place.
Our belief is simple: job search should reward fit, not volume. Fewer applications, sharper aim, more interviews.
