Hi Product Hunt — I built RoleWorth because most job-search tools start after you have already chosen a job.
Resume builders help documents. Trackers organize rows. Autofill saves typing. But the painful question comes first: is this role worth an hour of tailoring?
RoleWorth scores each posting for fit, proof match, ghost-risk signals, salary/location friction, and application effort. Then it routes the job to Apply, Maybe, Skip, Tracker, or a proof-backed resume/cover-letter packet.
The product is review-first: it does not invent skills, and it does not submit applications without user approval.
I’d love feedback from anyone actively applying, especially on the score explanations, tracker workflow, and Chrome extension capture.
