RockReader is a free Bible reading and journaling app built for daily discipleship. Create SOAP journal entries, follow reading plans, use study tools, and share reflections privately with trusted friends or small groups.
Hey Product Hunt, I’m Kiel, founder of RockReader.
I built RockReader because I wanted Bible reading to feel less isolated and less performative. Most Bible apps are great for reading, but they are not built around reflection, journaling, and real community.
RockReader helps people read Scripture daily, write SOAP-style journal entries, use simple study tools, and share reflections with trusted friends or small groups. Entries are private by default, and the goal is not another noisy social feed. The goal is steady discipleship.
I’d love feedback from this community, especially on onboarding, clarity, and whether the product makes sense to people who are not already deep into Bible study habits.
How does the private sharing with friends or small groups actually work, is it built into the app or do you have to connect something like a church management tool?
