Roast My Friend — an Answy game
History's sharpest tongues. Your friend's ego roasted.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
Maker here. Roast My Friend started as a weekend experiment: our main product is answy.com — a place to chat with AI personas of historical figures — and we wanted to prove these characters could do something fun, not just educational.
So we gave them a mean streak.
How it works:
1) Name a friend + their crimes (always late, owns nine hats…)
2) Pick your roaster — an AI Churchill, Cleopatra, or whoever's meanest
2) Send the link. They open a sealed envelope. They roast you back.
Under the hood: every roast is generated live by án AI persona — same character engine as answy.com. Moderated twice (input + output) so it roasts habits, never people. No account needed to play; verify email only if you want roast-back alerts.
It's a joke product with a real engine underneath — if you laugh, come argue with the roasters yourself on Answy.
Roast responsibly 🌶️ — and tell me: who should we add to the roaster lineup?
