I built Rivadar because I kept running into the same problem while exploring SaaS ideas: understanding competitors took way too much time.
Before building a product, I usually wanted to answer questions like:
- Who are the existing competitors?
- How are they positioning themselves?
- What features and pricing models are common in this market?
- Is there still room for a new product?
The problem was that the information was scattered across many websites, pricing pages, docs, and reviews. I often ended up with dozens of tabs but no clear picture.
So I built Rivadar to make competitor research faster. It collects product information, discovers competitors, and creates structured comparison reports.
The hardest part wasn't generating reports — it was making the information reliable. Every website has different structures, pricing models, and ways of describing features.
