Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Rajesh — built Ritn3D because I got tired of watching homeowners and small architects spend 4-6 hours modeling a floor plan in SketchUp or pay $200-500 to a freelancer just to see what a space might feel like. Every time my mom planned a renovation she'd hand me a hand-drawn floor plan and ask "what will this actually look like?" — and I'd spend a weekend in Blender to answer her. 2.0 is what I wish 1.0 had been. Three things changed: Mobile walkthrough. Take a photo of any printed floor plan, get a fully navigable 3D model in 2 minutes, then walk through it at eye level with on-screen joystick controls. Useful for the "is this hallway actually too narrow?" question that a top-down view can't answer. Drag-in furniture on Android. Place sofas, beds, tables with real-world dimensions. Sanity-check whether a king bed actually fits past the closet door before you buy it. Faster everything. New renderer, ~40% quicker on mid-range Android devices. What's still missing (full honesty): hand-drawn plans don't work yet — the AI was trained on clean architectural plans. We're working on it. STEP / 3MF export coming next quarter. Free plan is 3 renders/month, no card. Pro is $9.99/mo with a 7-day trial — that's the tier that unlocks walkthrough and furniture. Going to be in the thread all day. Feedback, bug reports, weird floor plans I should try converting — bring them. The weirder the layout the more interesting the output. Try it: app.ritn3d.com — no install required.

Who hunted Ritn3D?

Ritn3D was hunted by Rajesh. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
