Hi, I'm Chris. I made RiseReady to get myself motivated and moving in the morning. I wanted an alarm I'd actually look forward to, not one that felt like a punishment.
With two young kids and a demanding career, my mornings matter. Motivational and success podcasts taught me that the first few minutes set the tone for the whole day, so I built that into the alarm itself. Now I want to share it.
When the alarm rings, you do one small thing before it stops: say a positive or motivational line out loud, do a short stretch or exercise, or answer one question. Each answer goes into a journal, and after ninety days it reads like a small book of your mornings.
It runs on Apple's own alarm system, so it rings through Silent and Focus. The only thing it sends anywhere is the App Store checking your subscription, so all the journal entries stay 100% private.
