I built Ringtone Maker because making a custom ringtone is still surprisingly annoying. Many tools ask you to install an app, create an account, or upload your audio to a server. I wanted a simpler option: open the page, choose a file, trim the part you like, preview it, and export M4R for iPhone or MP3 for Android.
Everything runs locally in the browser, so your audio never leaves your device. The tool is free, requires no signup, and works on desktop and mobile.
This is an early version. Next I’m planning clearer iPhone setup instructions, better mobile trimming controls, and more export options based on user feedback.
