I built Riikee because most writing tools start with organization: folders, dashboards, databases, and settings. I wanted to start with the opposite—a blank, quiet page that makes it easy to write a few honest words every day.
Riikee 2.0 is the result. You can open the app and write immediately, even before creating an account. The interface stays out of the way; tools appear only when they’re useful. AI is designed as a companion, not a ghostwriter: it can help find a direction, shape an outline, continue a passage, adjust tone, or review spelling and expression while preserving your voice.
The other half is consistency. Daily goals, streaks, reminders, archives, and an AI Writing Portrait help you see what your writing life is becoming over time.

the no sign-up thing is genuinely nice, just opened it and started typing which feels rare these days. one thing i'd love is a way to lock a session into a specific time, like a 15 minute pomodoro mode that quietly hides the word count and streak stuff so you can just write without the gamification nagging at you. would make it feel even more like a calm space.
