Bruno here, founder of Motacycles Ltd – we're a Cytech-certified bike shop in the UK, and I've spent years running rentals and tours the hard way: a paper diary, a card machine, WhatsApp with the team, and a Facebook page instead of a real website.
RideLoop is the tool I wished existed. One system for bike rentals, guided tours, and multi-day cycling holidays – a branded storefront, real per-bike fleet tracking (not just a category count), guided tour logistics like shuttle groups and guide scheduling, and payments that settle straight into the operator's own Stripe account.
A couple of things I'm genuinely proud of: automatic weather-triggered rescheduling, so a guest gets offered a free date change the moment bad weather is forecast instead of just losing their money or hassling you for a refund. And Miles, a built-in AI assistant that helps with the day-to-day – checking availability, managing bookings, drafting review replies – always with a human approving before anything actually changes.
Everything in here comes from genuinely running a bike shop, not guessing at what this industry needs from the outside.
