Rhino Lab takes the complexity out of tracking and wraps your entire fitness journey in a gamified progression system that actually makes you want to open the app tomorrow. Log lifts in seconds. Watch your strength metrics build on charts. Level up as you get stronger. Compete on a global leaderboard. See exactly what you need to work on with a visual strength breakdown across every muscle group. Built by a lifter who got tired of every other app on the market.
I've been lifting for 4 years and I've tried pretty much every fitness tracking app out there. None of them stuck. Not because I wasn't motivated to train, but because they were all overcomplicated. Too many features, high friction, and low clarity.
So I built my own. It started as a simple personal project as a cleaner way to log my lifts and see strength progression. But somewhere along the way it evolved into a dynamic and aesthetic gamified fitness app with levels, strength metrics, and a global leaderboard.
The core idea was always simplicity. Quick logging, instant feedback, and a visual breakdown of exactly what you need to work on. But the gamification is what made it truly fun -- and fun is what keeps you coming back.
