Automate and customize on-brand replies to Apple App Store and Google Play reviews. Rewo gives indie developers and small teams consistent, professional responses with less hassle — boosting trust, engagement, and app visibility. No technical setup required.
Matt here, founder of Rewo. I love building tools I actually need for myself, and it’s exciting that this one turned out to be useful for other indie devs.
I built Rewo because replying to app store reviews is repetitive, easy to procrastinate on, and yet really important. Don’t get me wrong: reviews are important, they deserve responses, and you need to get the customer insight, but doing it fully manually is painful. I tried templates and copy/paste (boring, generic, slow) and even some AI prompts, but that approach didn’t work. It still required too much manual work, tweaking, and copy/pasting. And there still was no automation.
So I decided to properly solve it and built Rewo: a tool that uses AI under the hood, but with full configuration, automation, and control. It’s not just “paste a prompt and hope for the best”, it
automatically pulls in reviews in near real-time
drafts thoughtful responses
schedules them for publishing
and lets you approve, customize or step in any time you want
Rewo has been live a little bit now and has already replied to 150,000+ reviews, across apps with a combined 40M+ downloads, used by teams in countries including India, Turkey, the UK, and the US.
💬 Here is what early adopters are saying:
“We started with one app as a test, and the interface made our work so much easier that we moved our entire portfolio over. It allows us to accurately analyze user reviews and respond quickly to any issues or complaints, which is exactly what we needed.” — Berke (Arkhe Games)
“Running an app as a two-person team means we have to be careful with our time. Rewo’s AI drafts make it quick and easy to respond to every review while keeping a personal touch. Setup was incredibly simple and it’s become a really helpful part of our workflow.” — Sarah (Popular Recipe & Meal Planning App)

Who hunted Rewo?
Rewo was hunted by Matt. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
