Log your car's service history, set smart reminders, and ask an AI that knows your vehicle — all in one place. • Scan workshop receipts — AI extracts date, work done & cost • Reminders by date & mileage: insurance, MOT, oil change • AI assistant with context of your full service history • PDF & JSON export · GDPR compliant Currently in open beta — all Premium features are free. Free plan: 1 vehicle · 50 entries · 10 AI queries/month Premium: €3.49/month — unlimited everything
I'm Szymon, solo developer from Poland. I built Revvy to scratch my own itch.
I bought a used car and quickly realized I had no good way to track what had been done to it. I kept a spreadsheet for a while, then stopped. Mobile apps I tried were either too simple or designed for mechanics, not owners. And none of them could answer the question I always had after a long trip: "wait, when exactly was the last oil change?"
So I built Revvy.
The two features I'm most proud of:
The receipt scanner — you take a photo of the workshop invoice, upload it, and the AI (Google Gemini) extracts the service type, date, mileage, cost, and description. Manual entry is the reason most people stop using apps like this. OCR removes that friction.
The AI assistant — it has full context of your vehicle's logged history. This isn't a generic car chatbot. It knows your 2018 Volkswagen Golf had its timing belt replaced at 95,000 km and the brakes done six months ago. Questions it can actually answer: "Is it time for the next inspection?", "What fluids were last changed and when?", "Does the AC need attention before summer?"
Current status: Open beta — all features are free while I work toward the Premium launch. If you sign up now, you get to use everything for free and shape what gets built next.
What's working today: ✅ Service history with OCR receipt scanning ✅ Smart reminders by date and mileage ✅ AI assistant with vehicle context ✅ PDF + JSON export ✅ Google Sign-In ✅ Multiple vehicles (Premium) ✅ GDPR compliant (EU-hosted, OCR processed in memory only)
What's coming: 🔜 Stripe checkout for Premium (disabled during beta — everything free for now) 🔜 Mileage-based reminder baseline (set "last oil change was at 85k km" without a full entry) 🔜 Mobile-optimized UI
I'd love honest feedback — what would make you actually open this app every time you come back from the garage? What's missing?

Who hunted Revvy?
Revvy was hunted by Szymon Wójcik. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
