The shift from “tone-based AI” to “context-based AI” actually makes sense. Email isn’t a writing problem, it’s a context retrieval problem. The time drain usually comes from digging through Slack threads, docs, meeting notes, and CRM updates ,not from typing.
If Revo truly solves the “tab-hopping tax,” that’s powerful. Especially for operators and founders who live in their inbox.
Also interesting timing , as more professionals share their productivity stacks publicly, tools that prove accuracy and reliability tend to spread fast through trusted voices.

I’ve tried it out and am most interested in context being obtained through my colleagues inboxes together with mine. However, I asked the AI to apply my name to certain attachments I get emailed to me and attach them to the reply draft…it says it did it but it did not…it didn’t attach anything to the draft, despite saying that it did.
Great idea, and very impressive list of integrations. Love that you can get a draft before reading the email too
Congrats on the launch! The shift from tone-based guesses to fact-grounded context feels like a meaningful step forward. How do you handle conflicting or outdated information across integrations (e.g., Slack vs. Jira vs. Docs) to ensure the drafted reply reflects the most accurate and current source of truth?
Everyone’s looking for help with email organization so this is an awesome market category.
Email productivity is 80% of an entrepreneur productivity, as you can spend 30min to write a good email to investors, partners, prospects or employees (when slack is not the right channel) So I was kind of sceptical because context is everything and usually AI is bad at context. I just tried and it seems to be working really well, even on internal issues. The context discovery and immediate response has worked so far every time (after 2 hours) Looking forward to check in the next few days, and congrats, because if it delivers the ful promise over time, it's the next big thing!
Seems cool, but apparently it isn’t possible for one person to use all the features since some are gated behind the team plan with minimum 2 users. You also say the personal plan includes “personal integrations only” but don’t define what those are. Ultimately what I’m taking away—and I don’t know if this is what you want—is that you don’t really care whether you have my individual business, you just want me to onboard my entire team.
what makes any assistnat/agent great is the context it has and this product has a depth of integration, so much so that it presumably knows all context about you. so yea, definitely a useful ai agent ⚡️
Amazing product ! I've tested many tools on this space, this is the only email assistant that has full context, total game changer for productivity.
A lot of tools can draft in Gmail/Outlook now—what’s the concrete switching threshold where someone goes from “nice helper” to “I rely on this daily,” and what do you measure to know you’ve crossed it (time saved, reply latency, fewer internal pings, etc.)?
