I always hated performance reviews. They were nearly always executed in a way that ended up with everyone fighting each other. They were disorganized, impersonal, and opaque to the Employee. ReviewIntegrator fixes that.
From a business perspective, wouldnt it be great to be able to see changes over quarters / years? Yet I hadn't seen evidence that was happening either. Basically they would spend a lot of money for a one off decision of hire/fire. ReviewIntegrator lets you keep that data and compare it against your historical data.
With ReviewIntegrator, you can easily see, for example, which intern is the most promising in the group. Or which Employees are burnt out. Or, who needs skill upgrades, and is likely to stay. Or which Team is last in completing their reviews. The insights are really interesting, especially over years, and we've only scratched the surface.
ReviewIntegrator is a platform that allows one to easily design, customize, organize, deploy and re-use your Employee Review Cycles, so you can see those things and much more. It is designed for smaller businesses, up to 250 people or so, that don't want to pay for and don't need the complexity of Enterprise Software.
