I'm Martin, a WordPress developer. For eight years my job has included the same nerve-wracking moment: clicking "update" on a client's live site and hoping nothing breaks.
The standard advice is "use staging". The problem is that most staging and backup plugins die on the exact hosting where people need them most. They hit the PHP execution time limit halfway through, leave a broken half-copy behind, and you start over.
So Revertix is built around that constraint first. The whole engine is resumable and time-budgeted: it does a chunk of work, saves its state, and picks up where it left off. A 6 GB site on €4/month shared hosting finishes. It just takes a few passes.
