The standard job hunt is completely broken. It puts 100% of the burden on the candidate, forcing you to throw applications into an ATS black hole and just hope someone actually looks at it.
I built Obvelum to flip the leverage back to the candidate.
Instead of you hunting for jobs, we force companies to pitch you. Here is how the mechanics actually work:
You build a profile detailing your skills and experience. It is completely anonymous by default.
Top companies browse the talent pool. If they want you, they have to apply to you with a pitch and upfront salary info.
You hold the cards. If you like the pitch, you reveal your identity and take the interview. If not, you ignore it.
It is always free for candidates.
