Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm thrilled to introduce Reverie, a journal that calls you every day! The hardest part of journaling is, well, *actually* doing it! It's easy to lose a notebook or "forget" to open a journaling app. The second hardest part is knowing what to write about, and making your words flow. Reverie solves both! Every day, at a time that you choose, you'll receive a phone call - something that takes an active effort to ignore or decline. When you answer, Reverie will say hello, perhaps ask about something in your day, and then leave the floor to you and your thoughts. No need to say anything profound or eloquent; a simple stream-of-consciousness is all that Reverie needs to transcribe and format your thoughts into a beautiful journal entry. Reverie turns journaling from a chore into an almost meditative exercise. How It Works - Daily Call: Receive a scheduled phone call from Reverie every day at your preferred time. - Speak Your Mind: Simply talk about your day, thoughts, or feelings for up to 10 minutes. - Reverie Magic: Your spoken words are transformed into a structured, formatted journal entry. - Review & Reflect: Access, edit and browse your entries Features: 🗓️ Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle 🔒 Secure dashboard to protect your thoughts 🎧 Recorded calls for future listening - a daily audio record of your voice for you and your loved ones 🏷️ Intelligent tagging for easy exploration of your entries 📤 Simple export options To celebrate Reverie's launch, I'm giving 50% off your first month of Reverie - simply use PH50OFF at checkout. Otherwise, feel free to sign up for a 5-day free trial to give Reverie a try. I can't wait to see how Reverie helps you tell your story, day by day, and call by call. -- PS: Reverie was inspired by a website I discovered right here on ProductHunt about 10 years ago - Call Frank. It was a free service that lasted for a couple of years and called you every day; it gave you 60s to talk about your day. It was the only period I journaled consistently. Many thanks to Call Frank for the inspiration :)

I love journalling, I do it every morning around 5 or 6. This just elevated my experience. Diving into the backend using ElevenLabs is the smartest move as it is powerful and easy to use and its audio is perfect and crisp than any other audio generator I have used so far.

@noahlittle Congrats on the launch! Definitely a great idea in the journaling app space - glad someone went ahead and executed it. Looking forward to seeing where this goes!

Love the concept. It's surprised to see how Reverie combines convenience with a personal touch, making it easier to capture and organize your thoughts. Congrats on the launch!

@noahlittle any way to contact you for feedback? Can't find a form or email anywhere. Would love to try this out.

Just paid for a month, including the five day free trial. I wasn't given the option to use the discount code.

The feature that allows users to convert their spoken words into text when journaling can be beneficial for individuals who have difficulty typing due to physical or cognitive challenges.

This seems like a unique approach to journaling! Can you customize the timing of the daily calls to fit different schedules?

I love the idea of turning spoken thoughts into journal entries. Does it integrate with other note-taking apps or is it a standalone tool?

I signed up for the app. None of the links work when I received the welcome email. There's no support anywhere on the page. I requested a link to reset my password and when I clicked on the link the password reset did not work. I'm in a 5-day trial and I can't even use the app because I cannot log in. I had high hopes but I am quite skeptical at this point.

sometimes the hardest part is finding time to journal. Solving that by getting a phone call is super creative!

This approach could significantly simplify the journaling process and make it more consistent, especially for busy individuals who might forget to journal regularly.

It’s impressive how this service makes journaling so accessible by integrating voice and text. This could really help those who struggle with traditional writing.

@noahlittle Congratulation on your new product launch! This exciting milestone reflects your hard work and creativity. Wishing you continued success and a positive reception from your customers
