Hey Product Hunt! I’m Sam, the founder and sole builder of RevenueLab.fyi, and today I’m excited to finally launch it to the community. I built RevenueLab because I was tired of “seven‑figure” guru screenshots and AI‑generated listicles that don’t help you make decisions. When you’re deciding whether to go full‑time on YouTube or whether a client’s monthly retainer pencils, vibes aren’t enough – you need a model. What RevenueLab is RevenueLab is a growing library of revenue calculators and decision tools for creators, freelancers and indie operators. The calculators cover everything from YouTube RPM & CPM to freelance hourly rates, SaaS LTV:CAC, Google Ads ROAS, sponsorship CPM, Shopify/Amazon unit economics and more. Every calculator runs in your browser, shows its formula and assumptions and produces a URL you can bookmark and share. The site operates on a few simple principles: show the math, be transparent about uncertainty, and never lock tools behind a signup. It’s completely free, funded only by a few display ads and occasional affiliate links. There are no ghostwriters or AI‑generated bylines; everything is written or reviewed by me. Rex AI – an AI agent built for numbers, not vibes Generic AI tools are great for brainstorming, but they can’t pull your channel’s actual data or run deterministic revenue models. That’s why I built Rex AI, a real‑time agent that fetches your YouTube data, pulls live niche benchmarks and writes a custom revenue diagnosis. Paste your channel URL and, in ~10 seconds, Rex tells you where your RPM sits against your niche percentile, highlights the top plays to close revenue “leaks”, and gives a 12‑month projection. It’s different from ChatGPT because it uses live stats and benchmark data you won’t find in a 2023 training snapshot, and each report is a shareable URL you can send to a collaborator or sponsor. Saved scenarios & persistence One of the most requested features was the ability to save what‑if scenarios. All RevenueLab calculators and AI reports produce a persistent URL. You can tweak the inputs, copy the link and revisit it later – no account required. This makes it easy to compare different pricing models, share them with a friend, or embed them in a client pitch. The AI agent remembers the context of your channel and the scenario you’re modelling, so you can iterate without re‑entering everything.
