While automating follow-up emails is great, I wonder if there’s enough flexibility to customize the messaging for different customer segments.
The idea is solid, but I’m concerned about how well the personalization actually works. If the emails aren’t tailored enough, they might come off as generic.
I’m not sure about the 90-day wait time. It seems a bit long for triggering repeat purchases. could it be more frequent?
