Hey Product Hunt! I’m Pavan, and I built ResumeScreener.
The idea came from a simple problem: recruiters and hiring teams spend too much time manually screening resumes, and keyword-based filtering often misses strong candidates. ResumeScreener helps teams upload resumes against a job description, automatically evaluate fit, and understand why a candidate is a match instead of just getting a black-box score.
What I wanted to build was something that saves time without taking control away from the recruiter. The goal is not to replace judgment, but to make first-pass screening faster, more consistent, and easier to trust.
This is still early, and I’d genuinely love blunt feedback:
-> Does this solve a real pain for your hiring workflow?
-> What feels useful vs. unnecessary?
-> Where would you hesitate to trust it?
-> What would make this good enough to actually use?
Thanks for checking it out — I’m here in the comments and happy to answer anything.

ResumeScreener was hunted by Pavan Reddy. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post.
