I'm the founder of ResumeGrade. We built this tool after noticing a real gap in the career tech space: most resume graders are black boxes that hand you a score with no clear standard behind it and no real path forward.

Transparent Rubric: We do not believe in mystery scores. Our 100-point rubric is drawn directly from Harvard guidelines and published inside the app, so you always know exactly how you are being evaluated.
The Improve Engine: A low score on its own means nothing. Our Improve feature gives you a concrete, role-specific action plan to get shortlisted. It delivers line-by-line AI rewrites that are strictly constrained to your actual experience. We have a hard guardrail in place to prevent fabricated achievements or AI hallucinations.
Deterministic and LLM Hybrid: We use code to handle objective rules like formatting and page length, and LLM reasoning to evaluate content quality and impact.
The Interview Room Rule: Unlike tools that just stuff your resume with keywords for ATS, every line we help you add is something you can genuinely stand behind and speak to in a real interview.
