3. Keep your "Resume" folder handy. We accept PDF and DOC formats. In case you have Resume links in a CSV, we accept that as well.
4. There's no upper limit on the number of resumes/links, just the speed of reading differs. For benchmarking, 100 resumes/links would take about 45 seconds.
5. Upload the ZIP/CSV. Make sure you name it properly if you want to re-use the folder.
6. After the resumes have been uploaded successfully, you can ask our platform any question!
a. Skill Search: Write comma separated skills that you want to look for. Each section of the resume have been different weightages, same for skills.
b. Advanced Search: Ask questions to look through your resumes! Sample prompts are provided to give you context.
7. The resume will be ranked and will appear in a tracker format, which is exportable.
8. The best part? Check out "Profile Analyzer" available for each Resume separately and ask questions to understand the candidate better. Sample prompts are available for more context!

Ooooh, this one is really really good. I'm not an HR specialist, but I used to constantly participate in interviews as the head of the team. If I had had this tool then, it would have been much easier to get acquainted with candidates' backgrounds and experiences.
