Resume Coach is an ATS resume checker. Pick a PDF or DOCX and watch an animated scan show what a parser keeps and what it loses, then read a score out of 100 with every deduction listed. That first check runs on your phone, free, with no account. Paste a job post and it writes a resume and cover letter from your own record; requirements your history can't answer are left out on purpose. Also: an application tracker, interview prep and 11 ATS-safe layouts. Android now.
Resume Coach is an ATS resume checker built around one blind spot. When an application goes quiet, you can't tell whether a person read your resume or software lost parts of it on the way in. It shows you what the software kept.
Pick a PDF or DOCX and the X-ray, an animated scan, sweeps the text a filter pulls out of your file. What it could read turns dark, your email, phone and profile are ticked or crossed, headings are matched to a section or flagged unclassified, and lines it couldn't handle get a red strike. Then comes a score out of 100 with the sum printed like a receipt: 100, minus a set amount for each problem found. That first check runs on your phone, costs nothing and needs no account.
When you have a specific job, paste the post or open its link. Resume Coach writes a resume and a cover letter from your own record and links matched requirements to the sentences that answer them. Requirements your history can't answer are listed as left out on purpose, not written up.
What's in it: - X-ray, parse health score and a fix for each finding - A resume and cover letter for one job - Application tracker: status counts, a No reply mark after 21 days, reminders - Interview prep: likely questions from the job post - 11 ATS-safe layouts, export as PDF, DOCX or plain text
What it deliberately isn't: a connection to any employer's system (the X-ray imitates how parsers read a file), a job board, or a promise of interviews. The check is rule-based; the rewriting uses AI.
On Android today. Job-matched resumes need a sign-in. The first one is free, then it costs 3 credits; a rewrite or interview prep costs 1. Premium removes the limit.
Question for you: when an application goes quiet, what do you check first, the resume file or the job match?

Resume Coach was hunted by Teamz Lab LTD. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
