Most resume tools help you write. Most ATS tools help recruiters filter. ResuMatch is the first platform to do both from the same data model—what a candidate builds is exactly what a recruiter scores against. Candidates get Google's XYZ bullet formula, live keyword-gap analysis, and 1-click ATS exports via a guided 7-step process. Recruiters get transparent, weighted rubrics, ranked leaderboards, and AI-generated interview questions.
Job seeking and hiring are fundamentally disconnected because traditional resume builders and applicant tracking systems (ATS) operate on separate systems. Candidates optimize in the dark using generic advice, while recruiters rely on black-box match percentages that obscure actual candidate quality.
The problem underneath that: resume tools and ATS tools have always been built for opposite sides of the same conversation, and neither side can see what the other is actually doing. Candidates optimize blind. Recruiters score blind.
ResuMatch solves this by placing both workflows on an unified data model—what a candidate builds is exactly what a recruiter scores against.
What the platform provides:
Candidate Tools: A guided 7-step builder incorporating Google's XYZ bullet formula ("Accomplished [X] as measured by [Y], by doing [Z]"), live keyword-gap analysis, and 1-click ATS-ready exports.
Recruiter Tools: Transparent, weighted scoring rubrics (evaluating skills, experience, keywords, and education), ranked candidate leaderboards, and AI-generated interview questions tailored to each profile.
You can test both sides of the platform live—just switch roles using the top navigation bar. We’d love your feedback on the overall workflow!
ResuMatch AI is a really thoughtful take on the hiring problem!
What stood out to me is how it tries to bridge the gap between candidates and recruiters instead of treating resume building and hiring as two completely separate processes.
The idea of going beyond a simple ATS score and actually helping candidates understand why they match a role, what they’re missing, and how they can improve makes the product much more actionable.
The problem is very real — candidates often apply blindly while recruiters have to filter through hundreds of applications. ResuMatch AI brings both sides closer together with AI-powered matching and resume intelligence.
Definitely worth checking out if you're job hunting, preparing for placements, or building a better hiring workflow. Congrats on the launch
Building ResumeMatch AI has been a really rewarding experience. The goal was to make the resume-building and job-matching process smarter, simpler, and more practical for both candidates and recruiters. Seeing the platform turn a job description and resume into actionable insights has been especially satisfying. There’s still a lot I want to improve, but I’m proud of how far the idea has come and excited about where it can go next.
Just went through the product and the onboarding is surprisingly clean. Nice work!
