Hey everyone, excited to help bring Resubscribe to the broader PH community 🎉 Think of Resubscribe as your company's own user research team - it interviews users at conversion and churn points, asking contextually-aware questions to help you learn about your users. Key features include: 👂 AI designed to make your users feel heard 📚 Contextually Aware 🧰 SDKs for mobile and web 🌎 Localization The platform already has traction with over 9,000 conversations conducted and countless hours saved. I got a chance to preview the power of the tool on a live demo recently and was impressed by how it works. It reminded me of the lessons from the epic book “The Mom Test” by Rob Fitzpatrick. In a nutshell: If you want to stop guessing what feature to build and start listening to your users, Resubscribe has be in your tool kit. Built by three amazing alumni (@cameron_napoli, @shashank_sanjay, and @jack_michalak) of the Paddle AI Launchpad Program. Check it out and feel free to share any feedback or your thoughts :)

I have been using Resubscribe in my mobile app for some time already. It brought in fresh ideas on how to tackle conversions the very next day. The insights are spot on and super actionable. This is my go to tool for gathering a ton of qualitative product info. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to really understand and improve user engagement on scale.

Excellent job here guys. The landing page and video both got me hooked! I see you have two AIs - for “churn” and “intent”. Any chance I can use the “intent” AI to survey my past customers to see WHY they purchased in the first place? What made them choose us. What they were looking for. Things like that.

Congratulations to you on the launch. Kudos to the team on putting in the efforts. I would like to know what inspired you to come up with Resubscribe?

yeah, the conversational nature of the request for feedback is interesting. It makes it both more engaging for the user and better in terms of getting valuable data back. Nice. It wasn't immediately clear to me the customization options for my vertical or just my company itself. Will have to give it a whirl!

This sounds really intriguing! 🎯 I’m curious, what specific strategies or questions has Resubscribe found to be most effective in capturing user feedback during those critical churn and conversion moments? Also, how does the AI ensure that users feel genuinely heard rather than just going through the motions? I'm hoping to understand more about the impact of the contextual awareness feature as well. Can't wait to see how this tool evolves and helps teams like ours! Kudos to @shashank_sanjay and the whole team for bringing this to PH!

Congrats on the launch! This is a great product, especially for people who believe research and feedback are the most important things to success. Looking forward to using it!

Eye-opening! This tool is a must-have for any product team looking to improve user engagement and retention. Congratulations on the launch!

I just checked out Resubscribe. What a fantastic solution for managing email subscriptions! 🚀 It's great to see a tool that simplifies staying organized and decluttering inboxes. What’s your favorite feature of Resubscribe?

I love the idea of simplifying the process of resubscribing and always taking advantage of essential updates. Kudos to the team for tackling this common problem!

This is pretty useful might actually give this a try when we have our product on the market!

This is a product team’s dream! Love the idea of inline, contextual, seamless collection of feedback. I’m curious if users would like to have the ability to give feedback via voice memos. Would love to have some tools on the other side, to process the feedback. Identify themes , cut out noise etc Also, would be worth testing giving out gift cards etc to incentivize users to enter feedback.

Attention to your customers is becoming increasingly important. You need this if you care about customer experience.
