I'm founder of RESTOBOT.
The idea came from a simple frustration: restaurant owners I spoke with were paying 25–40% commission to UberEats, JET, Wolt and Glovo on every single order — and getting zero customer data in return. They had no way to reach their own guests, no loyalty system, nothing. The aggregator owned the relationship.
One thing I obsessed over from day one: the experience had to feel effortless — for both sides of the counter. No lengthy sign-ups, no app downloads, no training manuals. Guests open Telegram or scan a QR code and they're already ordering. Restaurant owners get a dashboard they can actually navigate without a tutorial. The feedback from our early partners has been exactly what I hoped for — they love how quickly their customers adapted.
So I built RESTOBOT: a platform that gives restaurants their own digital infrastructure — branded website, Telegram ordering bot, Apple/Google Wallet loyalty cards, QR table payments, and delivery management. All in one subscription. 0% commission on orders.
A few things I'm especially proud of:
— The Telegram bot works as a full sales channel with no app download required. Customers already have Telegram — orders just happen there.
— Loyalty cards live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet and send push notifications when customers are near the venue. No paper cards, no apps to install.
— The review system automatically routes happy guests to Google Maps and keeps negative feedback private. Restaurants average 100+ new reviews per month.
— We support crypto payments — one of the first restaurant platforms to do so under MiCA standards.
